Cotham Park RFC The closest Rugby club to Clifton in Bristol

Congratulations to Chris Day, Mathew Puttock and Levi McManus for beating off competition from around the county to make it into the Somerset U15s squad.

There were about 120-130 players at the trials, and the competition for places was very high. As part of the selection process they were split into teams representing the various districts in Somerset. They then played a knock out tournament against the other districts. Our lads made it to the final and then were asked to play another 2 games before the final selection.

They start training as a county squad in the new year and have 3 matches scheduled:

Bristol Schools (away-evening kick off) Monday 25th January
Cornwall (away) Sunday 21st February
Devon (home) Sunday 14th March
