Last season we won promotion and put out two full strength squads each week, which has left us in good stead for the start of the new season. With the continued dedication of the players and training staff, this season promises to be even better.
As some of you may already be aware, I am taking on the Coaching role on a permanent basis this season
and my aims are to bring a more organised and professional approach to training and to raise the level of pride and commitment of the teams in the club ethos.
As we look forward to a new season in a new league, it is essential during the pre-season to lay down strong foundations which will put us in a strong position to make an impact from the start.
The pre-season training schedule will include:
* General game play
* Strategy
* Continuity awareness
* General overall fitness
* Strength training
The Pre-season will start on Tuesday 9th June at 6.45 pm meet for a 7.00 pm start and I look forward to seeing you all up at the Club to start this season with a bang!
